The short version
Your business data stays on your device. Shiftly's app stores your menu, staff, time entries, and sales locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not transmit, sell, or share that data. It never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.
What we collect
- Early-access requests: if you submit the form on our site, we receive the email address, business name, and crew size you provide, via email. Used only to contact you about Shiftly.
- App data (POS sales, staff, time clock, menu): stored locally on your device only. We have no access to it.
- No analytics trackers, no ad networks, no cookies for tracking.
Payments
Subscription payments, when available, are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Deleting your data
- App data: use Staff → Settings → Reset all data in the app, or clear your browser's site data. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- Early-access/waitlist info: email ceodjwelker@gmail.com and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Children
Shiftly is a business tool, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll update this page if the policy changes and note the new effective date above.
